Tumore der Leber - Diagnostik und Therapie
Im seit 2012 etablierten Onkologischen Zentrum des Städtischen Klinikums Dessau arbeiten Diagnostiker und Therapeuten intensiv und interdisziplinär zusammen. Die Diagnostik von Lebertumoren stützt sich auf Bildgebungsverfahren wie Sonographie mit Kontrast und Magnetresonanzsonographie1. Anhand der Größe, Anzahl und Lage der Tumorherde sowie des Bezuges zu Nachbarstrukturen werden die therapeutischen Möglichkeiten bestimmt. Die Kooperation von Radiologen, Gastroenterologen, Chirurgen und Radioonkologen stellt eine individuelle ausgewogene und gezielte Therapie sicher, wobei das Leistungsspektrum folgende Maßnahmen umfassen kann:
- chirurgische Resektion
- Radiofrequenzablation
- Kryoablation
- intraläsionelle Injektions-Therapie
- intraarterielle Embolisation oder Okklusion
- interstitielle oder konventionelle Radiotherapie oder Radiochirurgie 3-7
